About 

Tom graduated Derby university with a BSc in Mineral Extractive & Management (whatever that is)?

After starting life building things and blowing them up for Tarmac, Tom ventured into food. With senior operational roles at Greggs manufacturing, Tata Consumer Products, Caw ingredients and The Tofoo Co. Tom made an early move into consultancy. A switch made with ease for someone destined for a great career in the field.

Tom’s experience is steeped in FMCG manufacturing management, a specialist in operations, lean management, organisational development, and team building.

He works as both Interim and consultant with Chasm.  High level of communication skills means Tom gets that all important team buy in.  With his coaching style he embraces people, guiding them to understand what they need to do and why.

With qualifications in HACCP, IOSHM, NCRQ level 6 & Lean Six Sigma green belt, Tom is always looking to expand his skillset and is currently undertaking and Executive Leadership programme with Oxford University.

Tom has the personality and gravitas to get everyone on his side, clients love working with Tom and all he brings to the projects.

In his spare time Tom is a bit of a strongman and wannabee golfer.
